Shipments to our facility:

 When sending your guns to our facility, be sure to include a letter providing the following:

Your Address (No PO boxes please):

Phone number:

Current Federal Firearms License: (dealers only)

A list of what you want looked at or completed by our gunsmiths:

 If possible, please send your gun in bubble wrap and sent in a hard case.  If sent in a hard case, be sure to enclose it in a cardboard box for added security (to damage and theft.)  Always insure the gun for what you think it is worth.  If possible, we will send your gun back after repairs in the same box it was sent in only if deemed appropriate.  Otherwise, your gun will be sent back in one of our boxes or hard cases (depending on the size of the gun.)  If you absolutely must have your box back, please say so with your included letter.

 We accept all forms of shipments i.e. UPS, FedEx, US Mail.  - We will only ship out UPS so please provide us with an alternate address than a PO Box number as UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

 Simmons provides insurance on all returned guns.  If you feel your gun should be insured for a specific value, please include it in your letter to us.
